keeping in mind i am in canada so i do nto have the debit credit card system like the US does

also keep in mind i need to try and keep my actual identidy away from these cards as possible

i assure the mods i will explain my actions by providing my article and pictures shortly if i can first get help on this one problem

Does it have some thing to do with guessing?

To keep your identity away from them, you might want to consider purchasing them via e-gold. It's been a while since I've looked into that though, ever since budmail.biz shutdown, I've never had the need. heh.

Western Union in Canada provides pre-paid Mastercards (http://www.westernunion.com/info/osPrepaidMC.asp). I believe all credit card providers give you a PIN (Capital One for sure) to withdraw cash from your available credit at ATMs. I have no idea about the ID needed to get a pre-paid credit card though, never tried.

I've thought of the same subject, to purchase a PO box and a domain name anonymously. Haven't tried it yet though.

PS: Are you being paid for this article? :p
