After a series of losses and his latest comeback effort it's hard to say if the man should retire in the face of serious injury. After losing in a widely contested fight with Valuev there are already rumours of a rematch. But let's look at the options:
Should this rematch take place and he wins he needs to defend it a few times and retire to cement his legacy. If he loses the first defense then what? Go at it again? Move to crusierweight? I just don't seeit being fruitful for him if he loses again to keep on trying.
Personally I think despite showing us he has some skill left he'll never be able to sustain top level performance and competition. I mean he's in great shape for his age:

He's just not able to cut it at the top anymore. Why compete if he can't be anymore than a gatekeeper?
It's time to go into training camps for other fighters, open gyms etc.
