This may be why it's not working for you...
because you're fucking stupid.
Brilliant excuse for sounding like a tard though, I'll use that sometime.

Hahahahah
Ninja rocks work just as well in my experience, just throw it harder you puss.
Also you could sooper glue a ninja rock to a small hammer. That way you don't have to keep finding porcelain to break up.
And I hope you aren't going down the block breaking every single window.
Try handle pulling, tons of people forget to lock their car at night.
only break the window if the door is locked and you see something worth a lot of money inside the car

Why would you need an excuse to sound like a tard?

For $10:
Window Punch

and Duct Tape
http://www.rsvppost.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/07/duct-tape-3m.jpg
Place a strip of tape diagonally across the bottom corner of the window, leaving a few inches of glass exposed. Push punch against this glass until the retractable point pops back out, shattering it. Reach inside and unlock the door.
Breaking car windows for firefighters is why these punches are made, after all.

Firefighters use a modified version of that punch, they have one that you hold up to the glass and pull back on a handle to shatter it without putting your hand through the glass.
As for car side glass it's all the same tempered glass, unless it's tinted or strenghtened with laminate. Tinted glass will break with ninja rocks, and the tint conveniently holds the little pieces of glass together as if you had taped the glass. I don't know about laminated glass, it probably takes a lot of extra work.
