ive been training for the last 5 weeks running every mon, wed, fri & sat. the 1st few days was running 1 min walking 2. today i was supposed to run 15 walk 1 but i ran the whole time just to test myself.
at 1st i could barely run 4 min w/out breathing hard and getting tired.
i just ran 37 minutes non stop (3miles)
im pretty proud of myself :D
any of you guys partake in regular physical activities?

I'm too lazy, need to do cardio.
I run now and then, but it's been too long since I did it regularly.
If I ever get back to doing that properly, I should also start doing some free weight stuff again.
Ain't no good to have toned legs and then pipe-cleaner arms.

I loled.
I don't. I should, though. Maybe I'll start walking to work every day(30 min walk).

I thought running whilst wearing a cape and boots would be a hinderance too.
I used to do aerobic exercise, Karate and lift free weights. But, I guess I am too lazy now.

I tried fucking a couple days ago, but it was very difficult because of these reasons:
1. I am out of shape. Skinny fat, if you will.
2. I haven't done the dirty in a year, basically.
3. I was high as a motherfucker. Smoked a fuck ton of weed.
It was really sad. I was laughing the whole time, at what a piece of shit I am.

OP doesnt really workout per se, he runs from cops to do this. He commits multiple crimes a week.
I cycled to work every weekday for three months over summer and made significant gains, but since returning to university I have been physically inactive and also smoked fairly frequently
I maintain a workout scheme for physical strength but although I am becoming rather powerful and muscular my level of fitness has dropped alarmingly

i smoke almost daily, your excuse is invalid.
and to Skiracer
i was given the name IKCE, i didnt make it
i smoke almost daily, your excuse is invalid.
I am not saying that smoking alone is the reason for becoming less fit or the reason I have been less active
just that the smoking has accelerated the deterioration in my fitness
2x8 single arm dumbell raises
3x15 curls
2x15 military press
2x15 cuban press
3x12 tricep extensions
3x4 and 1x10 dips
3x4 and 1x11 weighted pullups
I also do squats on weekends.

I really should start exercising. Reason being recently my heart's been really weird. I can feel it beating against my ribcage and it's a really uncomfortable feeling. Sometimes I have trouble breathing too. What's worse my heart beats like crazy at the slightest hint of physical exertion. I don't think this is good at all.
I have been physically inactive for the longest time (and this is assuming that there ever was a time when I was active), and I really need to start working out.
Football. Train twice a week, matches the odd Saturday.
Can never seem to replicate my form in matches tho :(
And I can't head for shite :D

I don't play for a team or shit because competitive sports like that bore me while I play except for rugby, I did notice my heading has improved considerably though :D

this, thats a pretty pathetic mile pace, really. when i ran a two mile "race/challenge" i finished in about 16 minutes (which isnt that good ik, but it was a few years ago and i didnt exactly train the best).
if it wasnt for running a mile in P.E. every other day I would have no exercise. I lack self motivation for type of thing.

I do Capoeira for about 2.5-3 hours a week. Very good cardiovascular, also very good for toning. I haven't done it over the holiday, unfortunately, since I don't know any places that do it where my house is, but theres plenty of opportunities at university. I also intend to run, once it ges warmer... ¬_¬ promise.

haha, i laughed scrolling past this for some reason.
but i can't run at all. not if my life depended on it. :(
several years ago, i was probably about 15-16, my dad bought a treadmill and i started using it, completely unaware of how far i could run and how fast. if i remember correctly, i eventually worked up to running a mile, with the speed set at 4 mph, so it took me 15 minutes to go one fucking mile. then i quit and never ran more than that. now i'm more out of shape than i was then, especially aerobically. so i guess 3 miles in 37 minutes would be a fucking miracle for me.
*heads off to gym*

I do about an hour and a half of weight training at least 5 days a week and swim a half hour a day. I used to do distance running and I'll occasionally go for a 7km run or something.
