How would I go about making a cool bed to sleep on made out of a car-frame?

acquire said car frame.
attach plywood over rails.
support any large expanses underneath with wood block or such.
throw down mattress/box spring.
car frames are not short, BTW.
You'd better have a bedroom the size of a one car garage to fit it.

I'm not sure, but I think he meant the body of it, as that would be far cooler. Like this:

Am I right?

I hope you have several people to help you move it. An old silverado frame weighed close to 400 lbs, just get 4 wheels and stick them under the frame.

Why would anyone want to sleep in such a homo thing as a smartcar? That is the most gay thing I can think of.

It was the only one I could find in google images... but yeah that would be pretty uncomfortable.

You mean like this?

That's the BODY not the FRAME. The frame just looks like (and basically is) a couple of steel girders.
Those ones only use the front end of the car, presumably just welded to a frame (not a car frame!) that the mattress sits on.
If you wanted to do that, you'll need a lot of money, time, equipment and expertise. Or know someone with all of those.
If you wanted to use a whole car, it'll be much harder and far less practical as a bed.
Put simply you'll need to find a car body, chop out everything, cut the roof off, weld up the doors, then build a 'tub' for the mattress to sit in. Presumably you'd take the wheels off otherwise your bed would be fucking high up. If you wanted the wheels on, they'd have to sit right up in the arches to keep the car/bed on the floor, but that's cool - kind of a lowrider look.
Or you could leave the wheels attached normally, keep the interior more intact, make the mattress tub a bit lower and use the doors for getting in and out, but that's not really practical. You could keep the suspension to make a nice wobbly bed though!
You'll also need a bedroom big enough to fit a car in. And a staircase big enough to carry a car up. Unless you're either a millionaire or your bedroom is also the garage, it ain't gonna happen.
