During a normal working week I usually eat brekfast at home, usually consisting of a can of salmon and two cups of green tea, then I have lunch at work at the canteen, which is horrible and over priced, then dinner at home, usually meat of fish or sometimes a pasta/rice dish.

Btw I live in Italy and I'm a mix of Italian+Palestinian

breakfast on the weekdays is either a bowl of oatmeal, a bowl of cereal, or two eggs an two pieces of toast. all washed down with 2 cups of coffee an one of orange juice. over the weekend my breakfast usually is a home made bacon egg an cheese sandwich with coffee an orange juice.

for lunch i usually try to pack my own. this will be a bannana or orange. a sandwich featuring that weeks roast or soup made from last weeks roast bones. an some fresh carrot or celery sticks. when i am out i buy a soda, when i am eating at home i have more orange juice.

dinner is almost always a roasted meat with some steamed veg an mashed potatoes. towards the end i stretch out the meat by adding it to pasta or rice. an i always make soup when the meat i cook has bones (ham/poultry). all washed down with water.

i live in america an i am white. looks like i eat meat at least twice a day.

Living in catered accommodation means anything from pasta to pizza to curry to quiches etc. always with a rediculous amount of carbs (shepherds pie served with chips, for example) and with as much salad and as many bread rolls as you can fit on your plate.

Desserts are usually slices of cake/pies etc but I intend to start substituting the horrible waxy fruit that is served instead of the sugary slices.

Edit: Breakfast
Breakfast on weekdays consists of 2 fried eggs, 2 pieces of toast with marmite, hash browns, baked beans, sometimes pancakes if they have them, a bowl of porridge, a bowl of cereal (generic rice krispies) with a glass of milk.

I don't eat lunch (would have to pay) so the massive breakfast arrangement works out nicely.

For breakfast, I just have some oatmeal and fruit, like a banana or an orange. I don't drink coffee, but often this will be accompanied by a cup of tea (Early Grey or Green). Sometimes, I'll go for two fried eggs and an English muffin or toast.

I rarely eat lunch. It'll probably be something simple like a granola bar, ramen noodles or a sandwich. Maybe a cup of tea. Occasionally I'll cook up some rice if I have time between classes.

Dinner is usually rice or some sort of noodle accompanied by left-over meat, or maybe a stir-fry with broccoli and carrots. Potatoes as well.

I live in Vancouver and am a typical British Isles mutt (mainly Irish).
