Hi im just some random fucker who saw some 17 yr old give booze to a 14 yr old girl (with the tits of a 16 yr old). OH MY GOD I MUST ACT OUT. So now instead of talking to someone rationally i have decided to go onto an internet forum and ask for advice on how to create some sort of doomsday device for use against this 17 yr old.
