To fit the first criteria you need something like Christine, or an old v8 american car with mismatched paint, hidden headlights and fat tyres that looks like it would murder you should you meet it down a dark alley late at night.
The second is more boring but I spose the Maybach fits it the best from the stuff in here. Whats the car with the weird fin on the back? From memory it was a rolls something...

he could rock a big old rolls with a merlin v-12 powering it. even a merc 300 TD if they had ever produced enough power to be intimidating. But with the qualifiers i mentioned earlier, american cars have a much more offerings that qualify.
