My feet are currently covered by below 40 wigwam socks which I stole from Sports Authority(very easy place to steal from). I don't like that they're linty and the color bleeds, but they are warm and comfy. I'd like to recommend thorlos socks, specifically the light hiking ones, they're durable, provide good cushioning, and lack lint.
