Why wouldn't you want to give away your ID? They're not illegal. Anyways, if you could sell me one via eBay I would really appreciate it. Been tryna find those lil buggers for weeks :D

cause what if this happens:

some kid gets busted shopliftting and cops ask him where he got the tools. kid rats me out - cops find out who i am and that i've been selling these hooks.

over time i bet the cops could bust me for selling these.

plus im a lifter as well so i dont want to give away my id and i dont want extra attention drawn towards me.

The customer goes out and commits murder. The cops aren't going to run back to the gun shop and arrest the owner. Selling the hooks IS NOT illegal. I repeat, it is NOT illegal. So please sell some. I too have been looking to buy one after trying to make one and failing.

Ya A. It's not an illegal item in the USA. B. You don't have to be over 18 to buy it. C. If anyone was caught with at most they're going to say I bought it online. There's no possible way to get in trouble from selling theses. You see retailers online all OCD about selling them to retailers only because they have a reputation to keep and don't want to be known as a shady business. I have money all ready (legit lol) in paypal if you want to work a secure deal out.

I'd assume these aren't a prohibited item there fore they're not illegal for you to sell. If you're still not comfortable; sell to trusted friends who won't drop your name and ask them to spread the word so on and so forth.. It's really not that hard...

you could sell locally on craigslist using a throwaway phone but i doubt youd get many sales.

i paid over $100 a year ago for my original sensormatic key.

the ones i made at the machineshop are actually BETTER than the ones the storees sell because i used a stronger metal 2X rhw strenght.

the original sensormatic hook is weak and breaks, thats why they have to replace that bitch all the time.

Actually, the gun shop analogy isn't a very good one. In this day and age, idiot cops and prosecutors do try to come back on the gun shop for "selling criminals guns," even though the gun shop has absolutely no control over what its otherwise legitimate customers do with their product. This doesn't make it right... And it also doesn't automatically mean that these idiot charges actually stick and result in convictions. But it can cause a lot of trouble, especially if you don't have a bunch of money to blow on lawyer's fees.

Selling these things off is a perfectly great idea, but you're on the right track for wanting to keep it on the down-low.

first off, never steal from a store when its ur first time in a store.

dress in a way so u dont draw attention. go into a store with nothing, no bags no tools, and scout shit out. u can stare up at the ceilings and find blind spots and memorize everything. so
