alright totse,

cant get this off my mind....lets just say its bugging the hell out of me. i seem to be head over heels for this guy that i work with. he is gorgeous, but his personality makes him 10x hotter. we get along great and ive gotten word that he "kinda digs me"..... (that helps...) the fact that we work together seems to make it all different. if he were just a guy i met, i wouldnt hesitate to make a move but it just feels weird this time?

we dont casually hang out outside of work, and im not sure if i should try and initiate it. weve traveled together, because we have free flight benefits with our job, but it was always strictly platonic, with a little sexual tension mixed in with jokes. head games like this are no fun. im a little shy, but i dont usually let an opportunity like this pass me up when the feelings are genuine. ive really never been involved with a coworker, and i dont want to come onto the guy and

a. be rejected then have to work with him the next day, or

b. have it not work out, and be equally as awkward at work.

i love my job i don't know if i want to complicate it.....

i guess what im trying to ask here, is shitting where you eat, make a move? or let it play out?

what would you guys do, have you been involved with a co worker, or hey, would you want a co worker come on to you? ;)

Yeah I dated a girl who worked for the same company. It didn't work out that well but that wasn't because we worked for the same place. Go for it, you don't know what you might miss out on if you don't.

Haha but its not!! Hence its irrationality!

Anyway, on topic, this reminds me of an event I haven't thought about in awhile...there was this girl I worked with named Amanda at a waterpark. She is a model, and deserves the high ratings she gets on her website. One day she thought it would be fun to try and fool around with me in the pool. Well, it was about 8 in the morning, the water was FREEZING, and the walls were scummy (which is why we were in there cleaning). I acted totally oblivious. Good thing too, because the next week she was caught kissing one of the new guards in the same pool.

Hehe we never let them live that down.

The assistant head guard Pat was dating another guard named Amy. As soon as he became head guard, she became assistant...how does that work out?? haha

Ask him if he wants to get a drink after work. See what happens.

You're stupid. Read:

Impossible. Non-terminating, non-repeating...

Haha but its not!! Hence its irrationality!

Anyways...

I think you should go for it. Even if it doesn't work out, it will only become awkward if you make it awkward.

Just keep it professional when you're at work. No sneaking off to the break room or other childish stuff. Keeps your boss and your coworkers happy.

I have been there done that..well except for the fact dude was married and I too was in a relationship. All me and him were though was fuck buddies...it provided fun, and made work better. BUT..things ended up getting weird..He would act upon his um..ideas *like kissing in work and trying to get me to suck his cock in my office* yea it got weird. I was under age and it could have gone very very badly. Not to get off the fact rumors were flying because we would go out and take smoke breaks together and such things. It never ended *the rumors* anyways.

Turned out I wanted to stop the shit cause he was being to commonplace about where and when he tried shit and I did not want the hassle of him getting fired or me or the fact getting out something was going on with him being married and all..

It did get weird and I began not talking to him while at work even though we had to interact throughout the day, so just be careful if you do ...sometimes things dont work out how you think it might.
