The most anonymous means of communication is still the one that uses a car, no less than ten gallons of gasoline, and human vocal chords. If you want to meet skids, 4chan is no longer a great place, really, you'd be better off going to a lesser chan (cough711chancough), or any of the sites featured in zero for 0wned 4 (http://milw0rm.com/papers/199) or r3m 1 (http://milw0rm.com/papers/218).
