If you got yourself into some trouble and got yourself placed under arrest and were in the back of the car or whatever and the cop was fat or outa shape, could you get in any more legal trouble if you said something like "don't you gotta be in shape to be a cop". Obviously the cop will yell at you and be more harsh but could you get in any more legal trouble? If you just made it like a question and didn't flat out say "Fuck you pig I hope you get shot!" or anything vulgar...

You're an idiot.
Being rude to the cop makes things much less pleasant for you. The best thing is to say absolutely nothing until you have an attorney present. Not even "I didn't do it." Youtube search "never talk to police" for a great lecture series.

That said, I can't think of any legal issues with that offhand. You should be fine.

i dont really know the whole legal system. But i know that the officer is going to write the charges you violated. Say you hit someone in the face. That would be assault. If your cooperative he would probably just write you up for assault. If you say that he would probably write your for assault, resisting, defiance, or whatever he wants. And who is the jury gonna believe. Some kidiot. Or the officer.

Do you really think that a cop would care that some loser street trash called him fat?

It's not going to result in more charges or anything. They won't give a shit enough to file more reports and do more work just because you're politely calling them fat.

Dont. He could always add more charges that he wasnt going to persue because they were so minor. But they could add on more time or get you fines.;)

as much as I dislike cops I'd recommend against talkin back its not going to do you any good. its up to the pig if he cuts you a break or doesnt add additional charges on other shit if you just got popped. even if your already arrested you never know if you might run back into the pig in the future and chances are he'll remember you.. best word of advice is say yes sir and no sir.

back when i was in my teens I'd get buck back with the motherfuckers.. now bein older and wiser I know some of what I've been in I could've got off with warning if I'd have just shut my mouth.

after doin some time-too much, I figured I'd change my approach and try that yes\sir no sir shit and sure enough I caught alot of breaks just got off with warnings when I could've got taken on in for criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, public intox, etc..

The thing about fat cops is, they still gotta pass a physical.

And to carry around all that weight they are going to have to grow a lotta muscle under that fat.
So once they get going, and its quickly, they get going fast & are damn hard to stop.

Its called 'Inertia'.

Though theres nothing like saying "Feel like a run?" to a Cop once they have gotyah.

be careful what you say because they can place you in a cell and whip your ass and say that you attacked them and all they tried to do is restrain you.

anyone that denies that has never actually seen it first hand.

Great idea! While you are at it, why don't you tell him that you fucked his mom?
No, actually don't say anything to the cop.

It's already been said, but it's not going to phase him much one way or the other; they get that shit every day. I mean, if you really got into it and hit some kind of sensitive nerve then maybe he'd get pissed, but generally I doubt that a perp's insults are going to matter much coming from the back of the squad car.

If you were a cop, and had someone in the back of your car, cuffed and enroute to jail, where they'll probably at least spend the night while you go home after your shift and have a beer on your living room sofa, would you really give a fuck about their opinion of you?

Worst case scenario, as was also said, is they manage to isolate you away from cameras and witnesses and bash you a few times. They won't beat the shit out of you, considering the whole "excessive force" thing and whatnot, but a couple blows to the head/kicks to the ribs can easily be explained by saying you were hostile.

Shit like resisting arrest usually gets thrown out anyways, especially in plea deals.

Dead fucking serious. I used to think this was cliche, paranoid thinking but it happened to my friend. he's currently on probation for 'punching a cop'

I saw on ABC news a video of a kid getting punched in the head,
while held over a car bonnet, while getting arrested.

It was like ABC had just got the tape a few minutes before & rushed it to air.

I looked at it amazed, yeah he Was getting punched in the head, hard.
--
But the thing was, was that I had seen the Exact Same Scene two days before on another Cop programme.
Except the narrator was explaining that the Cop was punching him in his upper arm 'to deaden his arm so he could not resist anymore'.
Standard Police procedure.

The only difference was that on the ABC news video.

There was a car aerial sticking out of the bonnet where they were pushing the kid onto it.
And the kid was pushing back as he was gonna get stuck in the chest/face area with the aerial.
& so when the kid pushed back, the Cop missed, and hit him in the head.
The Cop was actually trying to time his punches with the kids movements but even when he hesistated he was getting it slightly wrong.
You could tell the Cops was trying to get two fast punches to the upper arm, thats all he needed. But once he missed, he had to start over again.

It did look bad for the Cop, buts thats what was happening, for all anyone knew the kid had a gun & was going to go for it. ???

Would have been a good Tutuition video for the Cops, to compare them together.
Any time I see someone get arrested I stand by & watch, its interesting in a weird way to see the procedure happen.
