It's complete bullshit, but anyone can see that. This is obviously geared more toward preteens. And while I don't think little kids should be smoking weed, I also don't think they should be shown this type of negative false propaganda. Whatever, though.

coming from a stoner who is currently stoned... This shit is fucking hilarious, man... :D I laughed so hard when he said "Stoner's in the Mist" like it's some nature show and he's tracking down some mystical beast. With the house as hot boxed as it is, that guys would be hella stoned. They got so stoned that they sat there for 72 hours just watching the potheads not go anywhere...

It just never appealed to me. I just see it as something that's over hyped. I've studied it before and it doesn't do anything wrong to you. Just something I been to busy to get into.

Eh it is a bit overrated honestly.

It is what it is and that's a plant with psychoactive properties. Just like coffee you drink for energy, some people use it to relax, unwind, stimulate creativity or relieve one of many illness symptoms (headache, insomnia, etc). Some people love it, others don't; it's different for different people. I personally smoke on a daily basis and am able to function fine between school and work.

What I find funny are that most of these anti-pot campaigns are funded by the alcohol and tobacco industries, which are far more destructive in their products' effects than marijuana is. Name the last time a stoner went on a violent rampage.

Kids that smoke pot give it a bad rep because of too many reasons to list for example...

1. Smoke is bad for your lungs

2. Inhaling thc into the lungs, and then exhaling it, wastes a shitload of it

3. You only smoke instead of eat it because your friends do it, and you won't admit that to yourself for fear of losing them for doing "the right thing" so you'll sit there and smoke ten blunts and be like AW YEAH FAW TWENNY YO day and night even though you're overkilling it and fooling no one.

4. ingestion = 3 times as high (maybe because the right stuff is absorbed and the shit stuff turns to waste, like it should, like every plant in the world?? Do you smoke broccoli?)

5. other health problems related to lung damage.

The ignorance of most people feeds these kinds of commercials. It's because I've become so sickened by this country's drug policy to the point where an employer is allowed to test my piss, that I cannot bear to be excited with the crowd when we feed the giant beer corporations and raise my cup in celebration with everyone else. What is this, a cheap imitation? The best we can get?

Do you know what looks I get from friends when I mention how I feel about eating it? Coldness. "Yeah but smoking it is just quicker" Well so is jerking off but hour-long sex still feels better doesn't it? It's as if immediately I've brought a shock to their system too strong to handle. The idea of engaging in cardiovascular exercise, a healthy diet AND getting high? But wait, aren't we supposed to be stupid wiggers that watch tv all day in a dingy, fishbowled apartment, feeling guilty in the outside world as we hide the smell and dodge eye contact?
