Hi guys,

Please help me...
I have installed kaspersky on my xp laptop.
it installed fine,updated, but i cannot activate it.

i cant even activate a trial.
it just says:

code activation procedure failed 1:0

when i click. it just brings up a page cannot be displayed.

the funny thing is that i can ping www.kaspersky.com
and when i put the ip in the browser it brings me a broken page of kaspersky
(you can see the page,but its like theres bits missing)

i have tried on 2 different broadband connections.
i have also uninstalled kaspersky and reinstalled it...
i have reset my ie settings

i also tried with firefox and was able to view the kaspersky pages.
when i clicked on help it told me to update my version which i did.

but then it had the same error,this time with code 122
and now again with code 0

any thoughts to what could be causing this...and how to get around it?
