The nigger was already handcuffed.

Clearly the cop knew what he was about to do because even the other cop stepped back right before the murder happened. There is no possible way it was an accident.

But what makes this story worse is that the police tried to say the cameras at the station were not recording then they said they were, when the truth came out but that the situation was out of view of the cams=failed attempt at a cover up.

Cell phones were confiscated by the police in a effort to withhold evidence of the niggers murder.

People protesting the murder have been jailed but the murderer is still a free man who hasn't even been made to tell his version of the events. BART is being investigated because of the way this incident was handled, but the investigation is being allowed to be done by BART itself. This is not justice. There are normally laws against BART handling this the way they are but because they are not a normal police force they aren't subject to the same regulations as ordinary police.

Like earthbound said, BART cops are not rent-a-cops. They are state police officers. I'd like to add that they even have their own goddamn SWAT team (http://www.bart.gov/about/police/SWAT.aspx). True but even in solitary confinement inmates can get hit. Either by trustees or inmates sent to visiting rooms or shower time or yard time. I'm sure as fuck they will have extra security on his ass to protect him but none the less he can get hit, other ways are in buses to court where there is only the driver and one cop or in the actual courtroom or holding pods and cells beneath.

The trick is to have the rest of the convicts un-informed of his identity. We need to hope that the criminals are willing to catch extra time just to show him some justice, we also need to remember that they kill for less.
