"Print Screen" button on your keyboard.
Open Paint and press Ctrl + V to paste the Print Screen.
Save image.
Upload to Tinypic/Photobucket.
Use the direct image link and put it in IMG tags which are [ img ] *link* [/ img ] (without the spaces).
