So i got this free 5 gram sample of "Guayusa" from Nomad today, with my kratom.

this stuff is new to me, I've never heard of it until now.
but,
I did some searching and i can't seem to find any real information on this stuff, like.. how much to start with, how to take it, what it's like, and all of the active components (besides caffeine).

If anyone has any experience, info. or links on it, let me know!
