I don't think Russia would nuke the hell out of the US. If Russia did do that, every country in the world would wipe them out.

Plus it would *guarantee* the planet would end if that happened. It takes ~20 nukes to destabilize the ecosystem.

I'd not worry about it too much, I doubt most of us wrote life-scripts to endure the apocalypse. Yes it looks bad, but I think other sources are currently preventing a nuclear strike.

Imagine the solar system. In order for venus to set after the sun, it would have to be between Earth, and the sun. So it would set hours after the sun. If it set with the sun all this time, and now it is suddenly bright, it is not Venus. And Jupiter was as bright as Venus(which they were calling Jupiter, after the new star turned on) is that bright, when it is in the eastern sky at sunset. So for it to be behind the sun, and still visible, it would not be that large. So so called Jupiter is Venus, and Venus is planet X. This is prophecised in the bible.

Venus has been between the earth and the sun for almost 7 months. That will end on Jan 14 as Venus passes it's eastern elongation. This is the longest it will ever take for Venus to set after the sun (About 2 hours and 45 minutes) but as it continues that revolution it will shorten the apparent distance between the sun and Venus. But Venus will indeed become dimmer.

Venus probably seemed to become suddenly bright, because it was recently at it's closest point to the earth. This approach happens very quickly because Earth and Venus are revolving in opposite directions. During this time Venus can become extremely bright.

See... thats the thing about the apocalypse. We will greet it with open arms and worship it-- until it destroys us. This way the law of free will isn't violated (we see the apocalypse as a good thing because we wont see it for what it really is)

Many channellings have references to beware credit/debit based systems. For example, it was mentioned in another thread that 6 in Roman Numerals is VI, 6 in Sanskrit (or Egyptian, not sure) is S, and 6 in Egyptian (or Sankrit?) is A. VISA. Credit cards, such as VISA, destroy the lives of those who are ignorant. You borrow and borrow credit and when you can't pay it back? Bam. You now have to work for years to pay it back. Its really a simple plan that the negative forces have. How do you enslave a race, and make it last? There are other avenues that are being used at this time. If you meditate on life and look for what these avenues may be, I am sure you will discover them.

As for the ideal situation, on the most basic level, it is to be dedicated to the service to others and to love. If we are all genuinely dedicated to selflessly helping our neighbor, we would have no reason to worry about ourselves, because everyone else would be watching out for you (and vice versa). Basically, the hippies had the right idea.

The problem with todays society is that people will do just about anything to come out on top. For example, the corporate businessman who knowingly puts a toxic chemical into a product because it is cost-effective. He is sacrificing his moral values for a profit because he wants to be better than his fellow man, and he equates worth with money. This is a grave mistake. All life is equally sacred, and thus the businessman is no better than the bum on the street.

If you help others, and are selfless, people will treat you like a chump, and walk all over you. The only way to have anything in life is to be evil, and evil in the most major way. If you live for enjoying what YOU do and making YOUR life good and giving peace to those who you encounter, I don't see why you're worried about what everyone else is doing. You can't control that. You can't save the world. The most you can do is block those negative tendencies (tendencies, not people because no one is permanently one thing) and find something to laugh about everyday. Evil and greed are forces in the universe that will always possess someone's mind. You can't bring happiness to everyone, some people simply reject it and aren't interested, because whatever conditions in their mind make them that way are very strong. They're also very influential, everyone becomes addicted to what they see around them.

You're probably on this forum because you want to walk a different path. So get some balls, and walk that path. Not everyone can come along for the ride.
