Where could I go, where I could get the SS#'s, and B-days of hundreds, or unlimited amounts of people? I am hoping a method easier then breaking into houses/stealing from mailboxes on the off chance you get shit exists.

Well for the 2nd one, you can ask them when their birthday is.
You're already half way there!

I am going to use verifiable identities on fake IDs to cash various types of fabricated checks at wal mart, check cashing facilities, and various other locations. Hopefully I will suceed in the aquisition of information leading to the fabrication of these identity cards, which will enable me to check a fat grip.

Rent a post office box, and print up fake applications for credit cards, college loans, whatever...post them at a high school or college in a public area, and let people mail you their information.

Damn, I love this site. My homeboy already gave me info he stole, but I need money to get a fake ID with the victims name.

What the fuck are you talking about?
The point of my post was that he puts his PO Box on the return mailing address of the application. Most people will never pay attention to that, especially the naive youngsters with (hopefully) still clean credit histories, hoping to get their first card. There are so many banks giving out their own brand of credit card, he could head the address with almost any professional sounding company name and not have people any the wiser.
Of course, a saavy teacher or campus police officer may notice it (some campuses require approval before you can post materials) and recognize it for what it was, get the cops to trace the PO and then you're screwed. But I think most people not immediately interested in applying will probably just let their eyes slide right over it, one more bit of advertising to ignore in a world full of constant ads.

This is actually a quite common scam that most college students are not aware about. Those little flyers posting easy jobs with higher than normal pay and flexible hours are more than likely a scam. Usually they put them up in places college kids frequent instead of the campus. Some of these hustlers even go as far as renting an office space for a week or two so they can interview people and glean more personal info from them. That isn't as common but those guys have balls and they make bank taking out huge student loans in the kids name. Some companies will mail you a check up to 40K in a within a week or two with just some basic info. Imagine if a guy got 10 kids like that in a week. That's almost half a million.

Yeah, I think I got that idea originally from Frank Abagnale's book "Art of the Steal". If you haven't read it, pick it up sometime...it's pure brilliancy all the way through.
Another idea for what to do with the info after you've got it, credit identity theft...this was a scam I first learned about from the Loompanics website back in 2000, and tried it myself once, although I failed because (probably) I picked a bad target with poor credit. I have no idea if any of this is even still possible, or if it ever was entirely accurate in the first place.
The idea is, you get enough personal info on someone to set up a second phone number at an alternate address in that person's name, requesting it to be listed with directory assistance. Then you apply for as many credit cards as you can in their name, mailed to that new address, under that phone number. Once you receive and activate them, you use the daily cash withdrawal option at ATMs (usually limited to $300 a day or thereabouts) until you reach the card's limit. In theory, it was supposed to net you, say, 25 to 50 cards with anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand on each of them, emptied out in about 30 days. Then take the cash and skip town.
My personal experience...I was fucking this guy's girlfriend at the time, and he made about $75K a year. So I thought hey, he must have great credit! They let me sit their apt. for a week while they were on vacation, and I went through all his personal stuff, getting everything related to his identity and related documents that I could. (I even got a copy of his signature off a form.) But it still wasn't enough.
I held onto the info until a couple months after they'd broken up. On a hunch, I started exploring personals sites on the net, and sure enough, he'd posted ads for himself. So I made up a fake female that resembled his ex, and started talking to him, casually dropping questions that slowly got the rest of the info I needed to apply for credit cards. (Yeah, yeah, I know, but fuck it...when you think it's going to be a huge cash payout, you do some weird shit to get there.)
Then I convinced a not-too-bright stoner friend of mind to let me use his house to set up the second phone line, on a promise of 10% of the final take. That part went off without a hitch, I just called up the phone company pretending to be the target and they set it up with no problems. And had it listed with directory assistance, because in theory that's how the CC companies verify your address. The Loompanics article claimed that the local police wouldn't have the resources to combat this type of crime, as all your accomplice had to do was claim his mail had been getting stolen recently, and no, he wasn't aware of any second phone line, he only uses the main one, where would it be plugged in?? etc. And the feds wouldn't get involved if you kept it under 6 figures...but I have no idea if either of those are true. I didn't really care, because I was planning to disappear if it all worked.
I went to a public access computer and applied for about 50 cards in his name, with the alternate phone and address. (Supposedly a ton of CC applications all at once will throw up red flags to the credit companies, but...) A short while later, the mailbox there got flooded with 49 rejections and one Capital One card for $200. :) All the rejections said the same thing, that his credit sucked, he was delinquent, but nothing about too many cards applied for, so who knows. When I called to activate the $200 card, I got forwarded straight to the security dept. so I figured it was just a sucker bait and hung up.
If it *had* worked, I was planning to organize the cards in a binder with the PIN numbers sharpied on the front of each one, to make doing dozens at once easier at the ATMs. I would've gone in the middle of the night to outdoor ATMs during the winter, so I could wear a hooded coat and facemask to hide me from the cameras. And let's say, hyper-optimistically, you got a $5000 card...at $300 daily withdrawal limit, you could empty it in 17 days.
So! For all I know, this could still work with the pristine credit of a high schooler or college kid that hasn't discovered the joys of high interest rates yet. If you have an entirely fake identity to step into and disappear afterwards, you could theoretically pull this all off on multiple people at once, getting hundreds of thousands in one go. But I make no claims as to the veracity of any part of this idea beyond my own experiences. :)

How does the accruing of someone's SSN plus DOB equal a fake ID? Don't you need their driver's license number?
What about putting a job listing on criagslist, and link it to an online application made by you that sends you all their info? Might be easier
Also, I don't think Wal Mart will cash your Nigerian checks. They only cash payroll and government checks

long story
You tried to get waaaaaaaay too many cards. A few big student loans and a couple of credit cards seems perfectly natural for someone around 20 years old. Its also really easy to bs why you have so many different mailing addresses and phone numbers if you do have to talk to somebody. Young adults beware. This world is a cruel place with vicious people on every street corner gunning for you. Trust only yourself.

Fake driving instructor job positions going, put up on craigslist/gumtree or wherever.
This way you can get driving license number as well so if you wanted to later you could open up an anon bank account in their details.
The college loan apps and shit is a good one too.
