So it will happen sometimes that I'll lose a night of sleep or have very little, often I just don't have the chance with school etc to catch up on it or whatever, I'm really not bothered about the tiredness as it's virtually nonexistent after a while with me, but what I don't like is the 'nausea' I get - not sure if you'd really call it nausea, but it's like a 'empty' feeling inside of me like I'm starving for food but can have none, caffeine amplifies this quite a lot, what I'm asking is what can I take to stop this without making me more tired, as I said caffeine just makes it worse which is annoying as otherwise it's a semi-useful stimulant for me in those situations ..

eat oatmeal/antacid for breakfast first, THEN the coffee/caffeine.

i DEFINITELY know what you are talking about.

i have no actual advice though, other than to not sleep less than, 5 hours.

You sure it's not just hunger?

'Cuz when I stay up all night I'll get hungry as fuck around 3-4am 'cuz I haven't eaten in 6+ hours.

Drink slim fast? Milk shakes? something with calories in it..

yea this usually happens to me around 10am after spending a night up on addies, i found the best way to take care of it is to bring some small, non-complex snack food in your backpack at school, and force yourself to eat enough to not get the nausea, and you should take a multivitamin right before school as well to get those nutrients to your dome:)

eat, and eat deeply my friend. I've had many a sleepless night and food is the only thing that can make you feel even close to human again, and why the caffeine if you aren't tired?
