Probably I wouldn't be surprised. No privacy is only truly granted in a few areas in America when you work for a company you have no freedom of speech, I mean you can exercise it but you get punished for exercising it.

What are you talking about? I'm pretty sure public school teachers are above the age of 17?

But I'm sure they do monitor because the school board gave that person that email address so they probably have rights to it as well.
