Basically I made the bad decision to send some stimulants up my nose, thinking it was a Friday. Turns out it isn't, and I've got to try and get some sleep asap. I've got some 50mg tabs of diphen which I've never used but I know its a sleep aid. How much should I take for max effect without fucking myself up. (130lbs)
