My and a group of friends would always use this partly demonlished house where we'd shoot up, but recently a full outside wall has been removed so you can see right in.
As we couldn't use it anymore we started exploring for somewhere new. We were round the back in the yard where we found a smashed window. We looked in, there was mail stacked up for years, just a mess, in looked pretty unused.
We climbed in. Now everything was still there, furniture, pictures. I a purse I found a packet of sweets/candy that expire in 94.
I also found the passport of two old people. The house was a mess it it seemed obvious no one lived there. But the lighting and electric was still working. I assumed it was on a metre which would explain why they still worked after 15 years or so.
We stole some gold watches etc, i took a leak in the bedroom. We finished up and left.
I came back the next day and there were curtains pulled over the smashed window. This wasn't me and the lights were on. I left none on.
The day after I went back and there were people inside talking. I smashed a window with a brick and ran off.
Do you think an investigation would be launched bareing in mind my dna would be there?
Also any ideas on wtf was going on? Old candy, seemed empty but then people there?
There's only one question I have for you:
did you flush?
Did at any point you think that perhaps other people have discovered the "abandoned" house? Doesn't automatically mean it's inhabited.
If it's a mess like you described, I doubt they'd even notice, and even if they did more often than not police don't even really print places.

I pretty sure they havn't.
There was money on the counter.
The people inside I saw weren't inconspicuous.
They were just sitting down chatting loudly with lights on.

Lol, what slobs.
By DNA, you mean your piss?
Yeah, they're not gonna suck it out of the bed to test it...and even if they did(if that's possible), it's not like there's a gigantic piss database.
They're not gonna be taking samples of piss out of someone's mattress. All you have to worry about is prints, since those are taken after a burglary.

If they don't already have your prints you should be fine, and there won't be any on the brick (likely) because the surface is porous.

I lol'd. You pissed in the bed hahaha. I think you're good man, just keep in on the "down low." And just laugh to yourself about the whole incident. Don't go near that house anymore...
Where are you where the power company supplies an abandoned house? Or did they have a lantern?

You'd be fine even if there was an investigation, but next time - class, my friend. Use the toilet (preferably at home.)

You obviously don't know shit about DNA.
But you do make a point, it costs thousands of dollars for the police to DNA test and pretty much the only time they will test DNA involves severe crimes, I.E. Rape/Murder. I doubt they would even go as far as taking finger prints.

You're a stupid fuck. They take fingerprints ALL THE TIME for possible burglaries.

Not for a fucking abandon house.
I have car shopped, vandalized and broke into places countless times with and without gloves and i have never been a suspect. Cops will only go out of their way and search for fingerprints if it's worth there time, not when it's obvious it was just a bunch of teen age hooligans just looking for a good time. Maybe if you where older then fourteen you would have ample time to develop some common sense.
