does the FBI recruit assassins in the army?

So i was watching prison break (get over yourselves its an interesting show) anyways this is about the military. One of the characters, i can't recall the name, but he apparently is the FBI agent trying to kill him. And internal affairs (suspicious of his methods) looks into him and it turns out he was a low life , low scoring failure in the army(im sure, they could find an intelligent, athetletic person who for some reason screwed up his military career), and then the US government (as the FBI) picked him up to assassinate targets overseas and gave him a career.

is this a complelety ludacrious notion (suggested by the writers, who i also noticed believes jack ruby had the support of the american government)

my question to YOU guys is have you noticed anything of the sort. or should i just repost this paranoid delusions.

if anyone were hire an assassin to kill a foreign leader it would be the CIA, not the FBI. in the past, CIA hired hitmen have generally been members of foreign resistance or revolutionary forces -- americans serving the CIA have historically been ivy league boys, not necessarily "low-lifes"... american CIA agents tend not to get their hands dirty and, for an operation (eg: assassination) to be truly clandestine, it is best if those persons most directly involved to not have such apparent connections to the USG... that would be a political disaster.

military intel is generally used to the militarys advantage -- thus it is what it is, just intelligence for use by the US military, nothing more nothing less... a hands on approach (eg: deploying the marines) is always easier if it is politically acceptable. the CIA carries out operations in both hostile and friendly nations in both times of peace and war.

the CIA DOES hire americans as covert agents to go overseas, organize resistance, distribute propaganda, initialize or facilitate a coup d’état, train revolutionaries. but americans themselves do not carry out the coups, overthrows, or assassinations -- if american involvement doesnt need to be a secret they would just send in the marines.

i actually read a great book on the subject just recently called "Legacy of Ashes: The History of the CIA". i would highly recommend it if you are interested in the subject.

edit: oh, and there is reason to believe that lee harvey oswald was supported by castro. he had been making frequent visits to both the cuban and soviet embassies in mexico city and had sought visas to both countries. based on my knowledge, theres really no logical reason to believe that jack ruby was in conspiracy with the USG -- so, as far as im concerned and unless these writers know something significant that i dont, this is just another conspiracy theory.

C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER

I highly doubt assassins are low-life dropkicks.
