I just got a new laptop (Dell Inspiron 1545 - 3gb RAM, 250 Gig HDD) it has WIFI but at school that means i am limited to only the websites the BOE say i can go on, and that is really bad for my course, so is there anyway i can get free mobile broadband - so no monthly subscription or charge off my cell phone by using that as a modem... any ideas??

If you have a data plan you can tether your notebook to your cell phone and use its data plan.
