I have a 50mcg/hour 72 hour transdermal patch. What is the best way to use it? I dont think eating parts of it would be good, since fentanyl has a lower bioavailability when taken orally as opposed to transdermally.

Any suggestions?

Cut it into strips and eat it. Trust me, this is by no means a waste. Either that or wear it and be high for 3 days. Personally, i prefer eating.

Weird. I've gotten barely high from smoking it. I've tried everything including indirectly touching the flame to the fent. I have a feeling that a person without an abnormally light tolerance to opiates would have to use quite a bit of the patch to get high smoking it. IMO smoking is a HUGE waste. It is about the equivalent of smoking powder heroin vs. sniffing or shooting.

OP BE FUCKING CAREFUL WITH YOUR DOSING MAN. so many people have died from fent. the best way to do it is not at all. If you don't have a super high opiate/opioid tolerance you should not even be messing with fent.

You've probably already done what you will with your patch, but here's what I tell my friends to do when they buy my 5mg patches: Cut it into 16 pieces, then chew on one piece for about a half an hour. Then you wait another half an hour to an hour and if you don't feel it, then cut a 1/16th piece in half and chew it. Fentanyl is really fucking dangerous, I've read many reports on erowid which didn't turn out so I don't recommend eating more than an 1/8th of a 5mg patch if you're not tolerant. I just pray you don't end up another statistic not knowing what you're doing.

And I agree with Koko.there is also powdered tar heroin and it is not anymore wasteful to smoke than regular tar. The brown sugar looking powdered tar will turn back to tar in humid enviorments. I live in the desert so it doesnt do that so you lightly breath on the powder and it turns back to tar.

Smoking fentanyl is the absolute most effective way to both get high from it and conserve it, assuming you know what you're doing. It's a completely different feeling from just eating the shit.

By "Eating" I am talking about sublingual/buccal. Yes, actually swallowing it would be ineffective. An as for dope, shoot/sniff the powder, smoke the tar :)
