it doesnt cross the BBB. Sorry. It may be used up by the body and broken down into other things that the body can use. But you wont get any direct CNS effects from ingesting gaba. Try phenibut if you want something that crosses the bbb. it is really easy to get dependant on phenibut so be careful.
