I am on a Jack in the Box Diet.

I spend $5.00 to $10.00 a day on either big cheesburgers, and curly fries, or a sampler trio. It adds up to about $210.00 a month in food. I also plan to attempt to use my food stamp card to eat there, but it probably won't work.

Does anyone else eat out for every meal?

Live on cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches, it's beautiful. Cut out the fried and shit and fare even better. Jack in the Box is the shit, best fast food place out there no question.

edit: ddddONT EAT IT ITS PROCESSED PROCESSED PROCESSED PROCESSED

I like their tacos. I've tried unidentifiable quasi-meat blends in a tube before, but theirs are the best by far.

And their burgers? Holy shit. The way their mayo is engineered to instantly saturate the bun and cause the contents to want to fly out like a spring-loaded fish when you try to grip the food is truly a pinnacle of modern culinary ingenuity.

But the best part by far is the ease of digestion. I could swear that if I didn't gain 3 pounds every time I ate there, that the food sped up my metabolism up by 400%.

No it does not.

I thought your theory behind being healthy was that it doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you do an insane amount of exercise. OP doesn't strike me as the type to be spending 3 hours a day in the gym.

It's really not an insane amount, or any exercise at all really, that's just for fat control. It's the micronutrient/pppPROCESSED/greasy thing that people use as an argument against it, but exercise isn't going to change the nutritional content of the food, I argue micronutrients aren't necessary and that fast food is the same as any similar meal. I'm kidding, I don't argue it, I really don't have the patience to actually engage in discourse with someone foolish enough to disagree with me; what I say is fact. Healthy food doesn't exist, cancer and disease probability is highly hereditary, it's often impossible to prevent it through diet.

But what lead you to this conclusion? What groundbreaking study in some medical journal did you read that proved this, that the rest of the world missed?

You can't just look at yourself, being some young kid, say that you alone eat crap and are fine, and then conclude this would work for everyone. You need more people.

I'm now reminded of that supersize me movie, and how much that guy's health changed after eating for just a month nothing but mcdonalds.

edit: Do you at least believe in sensible portion sizes? Like, it's ok for me to eat a big mac meal (with a small fry) for dinner 3 times a week, but not ok if I were to get the large big mac meal, as well as a mcchicken and ice cream for dessert.

The guy on supersized became a little unhealthy because every time he went there he ate two or three cheeseburgers, had shakes, french fries etc. There was a similar documentary in which a guy ordered intelligently and his cholesterol actually lowered, I forgot the name but I'm sure a quick google search would turn up results. As for me I eat multiple smaller meals (such as a chicken breast or three) throughout the day to keep the metabolic rate stimulated, eating three meals a day is retarded. I'm not a "young kid" either, I'm probably as old you are. And as for the assumption that it doesn't work because I'm not yet thirty or whenever the metabolism naturally weakens, I was obese or very near it when I was younger.

And it depends, for example if you do twenty or so hill sprints or go do deadlifts and sled dragging or something you can eat whatever you want afterward, you will have earned it, your metabolism will be stimulated to the point where it doesn't matter.

For what reason, do you claim Jack in the Crack has mystery meat burgers? Cite your information source. Why does shit I like have to be some fucked up shit?
