Ok, the police/government/whoever have installed huge lampposts with security cameras on top of them, the all have a 360 degrees view. and then there,s a wireless antenna (i think on top of them all.) theres like 20 around the whole housing estate, they have been installed,erected because of increasing crimes ect, anyway im just wondering if anyone knows of a way to hack into these things and see who they actually watch? (control panel or something similar)??

the poles are like 15-20 foot tall and is pointing towards the nearest police station btw

Most likely watching the estate. Police have the ability to do that at the property managers discretion. Best talk to the owner of the property. You don't have to hide anything just ask him what they are doing and what they are watching.
