None of them I've downloaded (and installed according to directions included) show up on the mod list in game. Also the ~console doesn't bring them up if I type in the map name as included in the readme. I have a torrented/cracked version so its either that or something somebody already knows about and can help me with.

You might have to beat the campaign first. I am not sure how the PC version does it, or if you're trying to bypass the campaign requirement, but that is how it's done on the 360.
