i wanted to start a blog out of boredom. i think im gonna get a free one from blogspot.com. how customizable are they?

what i have in mind is to make it so that the "scenery" is like a piece of paper (the yellow kind), some what wrinkled, with all/most of the clickable links and such made to look like messy (but legible) handwriting. almost like i literally drew my blog by hand.

can i do this?

I would go with wordpress if you want to customize it to that extent.

Or if you hosted your own server, and paid $10 a year for a domain, you could have www.whatever.com and have it customized however you want.
