SUSPECT HOMICIDE:
Obviously, this is a homicide, in which corpse disposal is required. The keys to this is to A. Make sure the corpse is not discovered. and B. To make sure the transition from person, to corpse is not witnessed.
A good way to do this, is to find out when the victim goes for walks. Hopefully, the individual walks at night. If so, you must pull up alongside him, and shoot them in the head. You must bring the body into the car rolled up, and make sure blood is cleaned from the street, and blood soaked soil is scooped up.
Another way, is to silently break into their house, but this won't work if they have dogs. You stand over them as they sleep, and call them. When they wake up, you put them back to sleep. Then, you roll them up in a rug, and burn the sheets with the forensics on them. If the sheets are cleaned, luminol will still reveal blood, so burn them.
Now, to dispose of the corpse.
Go to Fry's or your state's equivalent, and buy heavy duty 30 gallon industrial strength Glad bags, and duct tape. You must first select body location, before bagging them up.
If you are not a fucking idiot, you will realise 90% of the US is not city, and that there is not a shortage of reigons of land, where no human will ever, ever walk through. At least, if you live west of the western boundaries of the tornado alley states. If you live east of them, do not do the following.
Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington pretty much have tens of thousands of square miles of land, acessible by two lane highway, where no human will ever cross paths with your trash bag, in your lifetime.
Use Google earth, you may realise you may only need to drive about 30 miles outside your city to find a spot. Access the spot from a two lane highway, not a major interstate, or yellow and pink divided highway(Rand McNally).
Now, the reason you can't use a major road, is because traffic can not be constantly going by.
Take note of the mile marker, and make sure there is a distinguashable line leading you back to your car. Make sure you have nothing illegal in the car, if pigs come by, and check it.
Now, Pull over at this spot, and make sure there are no small, approaching cars on the horizon. Take a shovel, or stick, and carve a line, marking the path you took, I live in AZ, this may be difficult in a grassland.
Take out the rolled up corpse, and make sure you don't leave a trail of blood. Drag the body into the area, and make sure there is no blood, and that a line is made. (Rain will wash it away, after you are done.) Now, walk for about an hour, at a constant speed, straight away from the road. This should guarentee at least 1/2 to a mile of space between you, and the spot. Look for uniqure plants, or layout, incase the body must be buried, because they somehow found out this was the area, and had body searching aircraft.
Now, put the black trash bag over the top of the body, bringing it to the midsection of the body. This will be fustrating, but simpler then you may think, once you get the hang of it. Bring the next one over the legs, and duck tape the center.
Use the entire box of bags, to completely prevent body exposure. Don't say "lolololllloll u wont decumpoz teh body, lolol" because if someone sees a bag ten years later, they will be less suspicious, then if they see a fucking skeleton. And no, the bag won't decompose.
And DO NOT FUCKING PUT IT IN A WASH! It will wash downstream, tearing off the bag, and lead to the corpse going where someone may find it. That is it, once it looks like a bag, you are fine. Follow the line back to the car, which may have a sticker on it from state police. Get in, go home, and celebrate the murder!
