Does anyone know much about this game? A friend told me about it a while ago and it seems like a cool concept but i dont know if its worth it? I was just going to download it but it seems like you have to be constantly getting expansion packs for it with the new design packages... am i right?

SPORE is the biggest let down in gaming history. I say that in all seriousness.

You'd have more fun installing the game than playing it. It sucks that bad.

Your best bet would be to get a game like Little Big Planet or something like that.... if you want to customize and make things.

SPORE is total garbage.

I will admit it is a let down but i don't think it is terrible. it is good for a couple hours, i enjoyed it for about 2 or 3 weeks, then i got bored of it. it is fun making your creature and seeing it walk around, adding a different claw for +1 attack, etc. etc. and space mode is actually pretty cool and epic feeling, but it gets very repetitive. overall, a fun experience with low replay value.

But for a 3d building workshop, it's tops. Much easier to use than Maya.

Who didn't see that coming though. You can only Re hash so much. Which is why, I am not going to bother nor rent Street Fighter 4. Street Fighter Games was Part of the Arcade scene, SNES and that stuff.
