No, darkfall isn't a ''WoWkiller'' darkfall takes skill.
How many skilled WoW players have you seen?

Yeah this game could be good, but if anything has been learnt from whats been going on with the development and advertising of games, hype does not guarantee a good game (see halo 3, fable 2 etc)
So i won't be joining you in furiously jizzing my pants over a game and letting everyone know what a mess i'm making.
