DELAYED HCB

does anybody know a safe way to make a home made chemical bomb from chlorine and brake fluid. so far i have tried watering down the chlorine that just makes it boil instead of burn. i tried using hydraulic oil or motor oil as a substitute nothing happened. anyway my goal is to be able to put it together and be a good half hour out of town before it goes off any suggestions. maybe a different chemical reaction or a dropper as a timer i don't know.

Pressure devices are inherrently unreliable, unless you go about it smart and do not count on the pressure build up to rupture the bottle.
