Breaking up with someone is never fun. I've ended quite a few relationships before, but it doesn't get any easier.
I've decided I'm going to break up with my girlfriend of three (or four?) months within the next week. Why? I don't even like her. When we first started dating she seemed awesome, too good to be true. But turns out that's just a front she puts on and she's actually just about as fun to hang out with as a mentally retarded nine year old.
The thing is, I can't just call her up and be like "I'm breaking up with you because you act like a mentally retarded nine year old. Kay bye". To her it's going to seem like this is coming out of the blue, we haven't had any big fights or problems lately. I just can't stand her anymore.
And I'm notoriously bad for using cliches. "It's not you, it's me" and "I think we should just be friends". Probably the fucking harshest thing ever. I hate saying shit like that because I know it's not true, but it just comes out.
So how the fuck do I do this? I know she's going to cry and make lots of stupid promises to try and make things better, and I suck at dealing with crying people.
Augh, help! Just go over some ways you've broken up with someone in the past.
