PLITVICE LAKES, CROATIA – The 18th anniversary of the Plitvice Operation will be marked at the Plitvice Lakes Memorial where Josip Jovic, the first victim of the Croatian Homeland Defence War was killed on March 31, 2009.

Wreaths will be laid by Croatian President’s envoys, Croatian Homeland War Soldiers’ Minister Jadranka Kosor on behalf of the government, Deputy Parliament Speaker Vladimir Seks and Brigadier General Slavko Baric.

Apart from delegations of the Croatian government and parliament, wreaths will also be laid by Interior Minister Tomislav Karamarko, Defence Mininster Branko Vukelic, numerous Homeland War associations and the family of Josip Jovic. Josip Jovic was the first Croatian police officer to have lost his live during the Serb insurgence in Croatia.

First is legend about that, Croatian King Drzislav(also there is a name Suronja) was captured by Mlecans, was playing checkmate in which his opponent was Petar II Orseolo. He got all 3 patties of game, and because of that he was given freedom, and by some version freedom has given also to Dalmatines cities. After that he put check board in his coat of arms.

And second is that Hungarian Kings of Hungary on their big coat of arms added check mate board, like Simbol Kingdom of Croatia, after King Koloman (1095-1116) win in party of check mate with Croatian lords 1102.

By historical data and ours legends we know that origin of Croats was from Northen Afganistan (there is homeland of Aryans), Croats was Aryan tribe assembled by two tribes: Red Croats and White Croats (that reffers to colour of skin), in first time there was 8 tribes of White Croats and 8 tribes of Red Croats (that number is not shure)...and those red and white checks meant our origin from Afganistan (norden Persia in that time) and chech was nobile game (game which played just nobility).

Za tvoju informaciju...Do prve kompletne uniforme sam dosao pocetkom 92'..Do tada sam umjesto vojnickih cizmi bio u kaubojkama coskastim(kanadska konjica)i tenesicama.tek 92 sam konacno imao kompletnu opremu...cak sam i pancirku nabavio(teska bila neka u 3 pm...sa keramickim plocicama-imala valjda 5 kila hahahaha)92 u ozujku sam nabavio PM(onaj identican kalasnjikovu samo sa fiksnim kundakom i nozicama...i malo glasniji je bio)
Municiju smo kupovali na crnom trzistu po Zagrebu..placali smo 1 DM = 1 metak)
E decko moj...pod kakvim embargom smo bili to samo mi znamo.Tesko je to za shvatiti nekome tko je u to vrijeme imao od oruzja sve sto je htio..od pusaka..rucnih bombi,preko tenkova do zrakoplova...
Pa mi smo krajem 91' jos radili ,,rucne bombe,,od limenki cocacole i piva i serafa i matica hahahahahahahaha...

Vojne cizme su prve kupljene koreanske...imale su umjesto uloska nekakav ulozak plasticni narezani od kojih si dobijao rane na nogama)
Sve ostalo je KUPLJENO (nista nismo dobili) na crnom trzistu i to za po nekoliko puta vecoj cijeni no sto je stvarna cijena iste opreme bila na trzistu.
Prvi kalasnjikovi koji su bili kupljeni u Madjarskoj platili smo po 200tinjak njemackih maraka(no i to je bilo za nas ok obzirom da smo od svercera kupovali iste po 1500 njemackih maraka) U isto vrijeme na normalnom trzistu su takvi kalasnjikovi kostali manje od 100 njemackih maraka.
Ma daj...kad ti kazem da smo jedan metak placali 1 marku-sve sam ti rekao.
Iz danasnje perspektive to je tesko shvatljivo...no zaista je bilo tako...U to vrijeme jedino je policija imalalako naoruzanje...i dijelovi ZNG-a...Ostali koji nisu bili te srece su se snalazili kako su znali.Kad smo zauzeli vojne objekte u Varazdinu i Plocama..tada je nastao preokret...Tada smo dosli do opipljivije kolicine oruzja.
A do tada je Boga mi trebalo izdrzati. I izdrzali smo.

Unfortunately many Serbs in east Serbia {Republic of Serbia} even looked upon the croat/NATO/bosnian muslim invasion of Krajina/Republika Srpska as a foreign conflict which was none of their business.

The croats have always been much more obsessed with us than we ever were with them. You also need to take into account that the 91-95 skirmish with local Serbs is looked upon by them as the major nation defining moment because they have no other events of any real significance in their nations entire history. For us the defensive wars of the 90s were merely another run of the mill foot-note in a long history of bloody uprisings and wars for liberty against foreign occupation.
Although we speak the same language and have similar traditions it really is a completely different mind set when it comes to our two nations.

Young nations are proud one, future of world isnt gigantic countries like SSSR or EU, it is regionalisation, becouse regionalisation is bringing more nationalist pride and also lowering criminal, immigration, and good for economy.

US isnt any more Young nation, and creators of US was smart, they create ideal state which is regional but huge...becouse that great frredom US will last for many Years.

In comunist countries there wasnt be any regionalisation, just big represion of dictature (in Yugoslavi that was dictature of Belgrade, in SSSR it was Moscow) becouse of that they fall apart.
