True about the lease, that is your first line of defense. Next to that I w=
ould send a written, certified letter to the office stating something like =
you would like 24 hours notice of entry.

Bug sprays and filter cleaning are scheduled and they should be able to acc=
ommodate you with out much issue. As the owners of the LLC, I'm sure they =
do not want a legal issues with an employee/them vs. land owner. As a paid=
renter that is your HOME and you are entitled to everything a home owner e=
njoys.

Be sure to file a incident report with the police department as a paper tra=
il on these types of issues is paramount.

I would be more than glad to have you hire me to install equipment
that would give you the documentation that you need to take these
  individuals to court.

It would be difficult to sue the maitenance guys, and you may have to
look at the details of the lease to see how much they are allowed to
intrude. There may be a clause that they may have entry at anytime
  for maintenance issues.

They come in for airconditioner filter replacement, and they come in
for the bug spray company, and other than that you must call the
office, and they usually create some kind of "work order", and then
the maintence comes up with some kind of priority list. They work on
the "emergencies" first, and work their way to the loose door knob on
  the hall closet.

If you did not put in a request then they have no business in there.

I would suggest that you wander around nude, and then when the guys
pop in it will teach them a lesson, and you can call the police to
complain about the "peeping toms". That should scare them from just
walking in with out a work order being requested.

You should in stall some covert cameras, and then you can prove that
they are not performing "maintenance" issues, and that they are
playing with your personal items. The office management would not
like to see this tape, as they would fire all of the employees
  involved.

The fact that the women was terminated tells me that the management is
allready on notice that there are "trespessing" issues, and that they
are probably are allready warning the staff to stay out.

Should you have another incident then you will have real good cause to
sue the management company, and the property owners, and then sue both
insurance companies. I would suggest that you consult an attorney who
can give you proper legal advice, and a course of action that gives
you the most legal path of action.

How can I be of service?
