As I previously pointed out, there is no TV=20
Channel 1 (and there hasn't been for about 66=20
years.) As for so-called white-space on unused=20
TV broadcast frequencies, some eavesdroppers have=20
used those same frequencies for bugs for several=20
decades--and new FCC rulings won't change that.
