There are several hand-held video scanner that
you can purchase from China that run about $400
per system, and which contains toe small stubby
antenna's and which has an integrate screen. It
will scan from around 850 MHz to 2.7 GHz and will
lock on to pretty much AM or FM video signal and let you see it.
