Jim had a great post, and that is what I would recommend. You may be
able to see the video before you get inside the building depending on
the size of the building, and how many walls it has to penetrate.
Also you can find unpowered cameras with a "spyfinder". They look for
the curvature of the lens. Therefore you can find them whether they
are operational, or not. You can clear a room in 30 seconds flat.
The drawback is it lets the "spy" know that you are on to them, or it
gives your TSCM away.
