Take the keychain zapper
Connect it to a light-show-modulator you know those low-cost 3 color
lamp-flashers for your private disco.
Instead of normal lamps conect a Infrared beamer to it (150 watts)
Go to a 100 appartment building and zap all TV's at once :)

Instead of a lamp use a infrared laser and zap any TV that you can see
from your window
could work up to 1 mile :) :)

some more related stuff
i do miss some real TSCM technical discussions here specially wireless
stuff.
