No have not seen that Winradio with video-reception
i had a quick look at Winradio's website and i don't see it:

A lowcost PC-controlable Video receiver ..up to 3 GHZ ?
That would be a world first...just don't tell me it does only the usual
4 fixed channels.
So...uuuh...where is it ?
