Due to the technical progress achievements =), versions of browsers earlier than 4.0 (speaking of Netscape and MS ones) are no longer supported. The site will work nevertheless with older versions, just don't expect it to look even a bit better than ugly if you use them.
One more thing about browsers. This site is HTML 4.01 and CSS2 compliant (it uses some MSIE5.5-specific scrollbars properties in style sheets, though, but they can't hurt anyone). It's been about two years since W3C released their recommendation for CSS2 specification. So please don't bitch at me if your favourite browser's authors don't care of implementing the standards in their programs.
