Eleven women were arrested this week for using the Craigslist to sell sex to men.
It turns out, the Harley celebration is big business for everyone, even escorts.
A big internet bust for Waukesha police: 11 women were caught in an undercover sting looking for unlicensed escorts, and these women were going after Harley riders.
"A lot of the invitations had direct reference to the Harley events that were going on right now, along with provocative pictures that had been posted on there,” Waukesha Police Captain Mark Stigler said.
Police caught the women by posing as Harley riders on the popular Web site Craigslist. They started a conversation, then they met in person.
“The undercover officers will ask them how much they charge for sexual favors and at that time they arrest them once they tell us that,” Cpt. Stigler said.
It isn’t the first time escorts have used Craigslist, but for people who use the Web site legally, it's still a shock.

"Never. It’s a complete surprise,” Betty Stavrou said.
The women were all fined $600 for working as escorts without a license.
"Escort services are nothing but a front for prostitution, and every arrest that we've had has proven that out,” Cpt. Stigler said.
Twenty-eight women have been arrested since Waukesha passed a new ordinance banning unlicensed escorts earlier this year.
