The only thing they did "right" was abiding by their word. After all, you tell someone that if they do something, they'll get taken off the list, then you don't take them off when they do it, you're going to have problems.
The whole process is a lot of horseshit though, far as I'm concerned. Suddenly they've gone from "axis of evil" to lovey-huggy little country? I never bought that argument in the first place, but the shift in policy is kind of stupid, and I don't have any love for that country given their constant milking of the process for handouts.
