On December 13, 2008, a woman in a San Francisco suburb was beaten and raped by four men.

I saw the headline today, which touted it as an "anti-gay hate crime," since the victim was a lesbian, and the attackers seemed to take that into consideration.

So, I read the story, and wondered what race the attackers were.

You know, because I'm a racist.

The story didn't say. After a little more searching, I found a link that described the attackers as calling each other by the nicknames "Blue" and "Pato."

Pato? Hmm...well, it turns out that yes, in fact, three of the attackers were Hispanic. The fourth was black.

There were some niggers who killed two Ecuadorian brothers the day because they thought they were gay, I think it was in New York.

The NY Blade is apparently a gay advocate online news source. They seemed to be the only media outlet not petrified of describing the suspects:

That's because in this census mestizos or "latinos" are grouped in with whites, as "latino" is an ethnic (not racial) term in this country. If the census was divided in to white - hispanic -black you would see a significant shift in crime rates and whites would take their rightful place as least criminal race in the country. Also, note that even when you combine mestizos and whites in the same demographic, black crime statistics rival them; despite making up twelve percent of the population. This is an example of why you should pay greater attention to what you're reading as well as garner a greater understanding of racial demographics in this nation.
