Software will not connect to or communicate with the instrument.

Install Agilent BootP Service: Use the BootP server
to assign an IP address to a 6850 or 6890A with JetDirect cards.

need to update the firmware for your GC and GC/ALS instruments install and
use the GC Firmware Update Utility.
