If this is the first time you are installing the Agilent MSD Productivity ChemStation software, you must install the supported version of Agilent I/O Libraries before installing the ChemStation. 3. If you are using an older GC (with a JetDirect card installed) or 5973 Series MSD firmware version 3.01.57 or lower, install Agilent BootP Service. 4. After reading the installation instructions and installing the Agilent I/O libraries (SICL) and BootP service (if necessary), continue to the MSD ChemStation page to install or upgrade the software.
